The complex is designed for holding events, competitions, including those of international level, organization of football and rugby training process. Also there is a children's soccer school and an exhibition space (museum) at the premises of this complex.
 
The main volume of the stadium consists of a steel ring, resembling a gear framing the arena and rising above the lower stylobate. The steel oval ring made of a hinged façade cladding with perforated panels echoes with the bicycle sprocket, one of the elements of the club's permanent symbolism.
