One Tower with a height of 105 floors (of which three are underground) will include both residential apartments (more than 70% of the total area) and commercial real estate. The building will have an unusual shape - a beveled prism with glass facades. It is also planned to equip One Tower with the Smart Home system, parking for 370 cars and covered passages to the neighboring towers of the complex.
