September 13, 2010
Creation of Fensma company. The staff included specialists from Soletansh and Hydrotechstroy. The staff counted 30 people.
2011
Acquisition of the first construction equipment for pit fencing trench type slurry wall LIEBHERR HS 841 HD. This technology was first used by the company at the facility Tarny proezd.
2012
In the city of Elektrostal, a milling cutter and JET piles were used for the first time.
2014
Turnover of Fensma's funds exceeded one billion rubles.
2015
Start of own material and technical base.
2016
The company has got more than a thousand employees.
2018
Construction site on Ryazansky Prospekt was recognized as the best construction site in Moscow in terms of safety and production culture.
2019
New units of LIEBHERR equipment were purchased: LB 36, LB 28, HS 855 HD. By the end of the year, the fleet of special equipment was expanded and includes more than 70 units.
2020
Fensma became the winner of the fourth All-Russian competition of BIMtechnologies.
2021
Fensma wins a contract for zero-cycle work on construction of the first nuclear power plant in the Arab Republic of Egypt. For development of hard limestone rocks during these works, specialized LIEBHERR equipment was purchased.
