BIM modeling allows you to create an information model of an object. Based on it, it is possible to observe the entire life cycle from design to commissioning. Also, information modeling allows you to perform "plan fact“ analysis.

Development of such a model speeds up the preparation, approval and transfer of as-built documentation. BIM-modeling provides processing and storage of engineering documentation with a common environment. All participants in the process can exchange data with high speed and secure access.

Since the beginning of 2022, the technology has become mandatory for all state order projects, from federal to municipal. The corresponding decree of the government of the Russian Federation was signed by Mikhail Mishustin.

Technology background

01.
Binding of attribute data (design and executive documentation, instructions, reports, and so on) to the elements of the 3D model.
02.
Modeling work progress and monitoring construction process through a 4DBIM model.
03.
Projection of the construction budget at any stage and reduction of the risk of exceeding the budget with the help of a 5D-BIM model, taking into account the prices.
04.
Reducing the decision-making time due to the high speed of data exchange.
05.
Elimination of errors in the project by building in a single information space.
06.
Automatic preparation of the "plan-fact" analysis for all types of work.

Visualization of MR platform

01.

Increasing work speed

The MR platform accelerates exchange of information and helps to meet deadlines.
02.

Visualization

Visual representation of the object and binding to the information model.
03.

Reducing number of corrections

The MR platform allows you to quickly identify violations.
04.

Improving work quality

Technology increases the reliability level of information.

Fensma uses digital technologies in construction — mixed reality based on MR platform.

/ The MR platform was used by the company to visualize BIM model for detailed planning, quality control and work progress within the project for construction of the innovative “Nuclear Power" pavilion on the territory of VDNKh.
